Nigeria Professional Football League match-day 7 fixture involving Enyimba International and Akwa United has been rescheduled by the league organisers, League Management Company LMC.
The match which was originally fixed for Thursday 20th January has been rescheduled for Wednesday 26th January 2022 and will be played at Enyimba stadium in Aba at 4pm.
In a letter dated Monday 17th January 2022 and signed by the LMC Chief Operating Officer Salihu Abubakar stated that the shift in date is to make out ample time for proper sponsorship activation between LMC and interested partners wishing to sponsor the league.
LMC has however regret any inconveniences the change in date may have caused both teams and directed all stakeholders to ensure adequate logistics are put in place ahead of the game.
